Terri is the Founder, President & CEO of ProFound Talent Inc. An entrepreneur at heart, Terri followed her passion to dream big, be extraordinary and be profound. With this, the decision was made to leap from stability to the exciting world of entrepreneur-ism allowing her to make a difference in her life, the life of her clients and the organizations she supports that are striving to be extraordinary.    Terri provides her clients with over 17+ years of executive and professional level search experience along with extensive skill in talent management and business operations. Terri believes that success in business is about its people; and similarly, people when passionate for their careers are about being extraordinary for the business.   She works with organizations and individuals to help them achieve extraordinary. She attributes the foundation of her career and success to the valued relationships she has created and maintained over the years, of which she is extremely grateful. Terri operates based on authenticity, trust, honesty, integrity, exceptional service, high communication, and quality results.

As a Partner with a national executive search firm, Terri led the Executive Search priding herself in providing both clients and candidates with insight into industry, talent management, compensation, and career management. Her 17 years of experience in the search industry has been focused at the executive and mid-professional levels having recruited in the core functional areas of business including sales, marketing, management, human resources, supply chain management, operations, and accounting & finance across all industries.

Terri has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Athabasca University.

Committed to the community in which she resides, Terri has volunteered as a “Friendly Visitor” at the Cross-Cancer Institute and as a Student Mentor for Norwood School, an inner-city school. She has also been very involved with the Edmonton Executive Association; Alberta Women Entrepreneur Association and was on the Canadian Youth Business Foundation Committee, evaluating new entrepreneurial ventures for capital funding.
