She attributes the foundation of her career and success to the valued relationships she has created and maintained over the years, of which she is extremely grateful. As a Partner with a national executive search firm, Terri led the Executive Search team priding herself in providing both clients and candidates with insight into industry, talent management, compensation, and career management. Her 20+ years of experience in the search industry has been focused at the executive and mid-professional levels having recruited in the core functional areas of business. This includes sales, marketing, management, human resources, supply chain management, operations, and accounting & finance across all industries.

Terri has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Athabasca University.

Committed to the community in which she resides, Terri has volunteered with numerous organizations such as the Cross-Cancer Institute, Norwood School, Alberta Women Entrepreneur Association, the Edmonton Eskimos Annual Dinner Campaign, Kids Up Front (Board Director), Junior Achievement of Northern AB & NWT (Board Director), the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce Policy Committee and she was a member of the Edmonton Executive Association.
